In this competitive and fast paced world, it's easy to lose sight of what's important. To help me stay grounded, I hold on to these core values with all my heart. They apply to every aspect of my life and define who I am as an individual.
Being Kind. Being humble and kind is fundamental to me. I like to be a go-to person, and being kind is what makes me approachable.
HUSTLE. Yes, working smart definitely helps. But hard work is what really gets me places. The harder you work, the luckier you get.
Learning is forever. Period!
Integrity and Authenticity. Be true, be my authentic self. There is no point in faking who you are
Gratefulness. Being grounded helps me appreciate the little things and not fret too much about the negatives.
Growth Mindset. I've learned that sometimes I make mistakes. But I acknowledge it, learn from it and then make sure I never repeat it
Giving back. I absolutely love giving back to my community. Be it my team, alma mater or those in need. Your experience and knowledge is most valued when you give it back.
